Shipping policy

Shipping Methods:

We currently offer standard Domestic Ground and Express shipping via USPS and FedEx. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times will vary based on the shipping method and the destination of the order.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free domestic ground shipping for all orders over $59.00 USD.
We have the following shipping options available in certain states in the United States:
Domestic Ground - $5.99. Delivery in 2-3 business days via USPS.
Domestic Express - $15.99. Delivery in 2 day-express via FedEx.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's delivery status.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Generally, delivery takes 2-3 business days for standard shipping, but please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery during peak holiday periods.

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Lost Package:

Our policy requires that you report a lost package to us within 3 days of the delivery date shown in the carrier's tracking information. To report a lost package, please contact our customer support team and provide them with your order number and tracking information.

Once we receive your report, we will investigate the matter and work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is determined to be lost, we will offer you a refund or a replacement of the lost items, depending on your preference. If the package is found and delivered after the claim has been processed, you are required to contact us to arrange for the return of the package to our warehouse.

Please note that some carriers have their own claim policies, and we may be required to adhere to their specific procedures. In such cases, we will work with the carrier to ensure that your claim is processed in a timely manner.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased through our website. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
