Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased on https://pebbly.com/. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. However, please note that clearance products and gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned.

To receive a full refund, all returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact customer service by phone at (800)-791-5512 Mon-Fri 10-5 pm ET or by email at livepebbly@pebbly.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of being received at our warehouse and issued to your original form of payment.

Please note that Pebbly reserves the right to determine if the returned package is eligible for refund or exchange.
